Axe throwing has historically been an event in lumberjack competitions. Not anymore!! The modern sport of axe throwing is now at BOWL INCLINE! We have two premier axe throwing lanes located in our upstairs lounge.

Our lanes are unique and offer digital projected targets for game variety and additional challenges! Enjoy one hour of axe throwing for your group of 1-6 persons with assistance from one of our Axe Masters.

Cancellations: Reservations are non-refundable. We will do our best to move your reservation to another day and time if availability allows.
Safety Information

All players must sign the axe throwing waiver. 1 waiver per person. Click below to download the waiver, sign it, and upload it to our site.

All participants must wear closed toed shoes.

Our “Axe Masters” are trained in axe throwing safety and will be in attendance during your whole session.

You may drink while axe throwing, but you cannot be intoxicated. Your Axe Master will be on hand to make a judgement call as needed.

What kind of food do you serve? Do I need a reservation to eat?Sam Choy’s Ohana Diner is a fast-casual restaurant serving diner food with an Aloha flair! We offer a wide range of menu items from burgers and pizza to poke and mahi tacos! While bowling - you can order and eat right in the lanes. If you are not bowling or would like to eat before/after bowling - ee are taking lunch and dinner reservations. You can reserve a seat through our website - Reservations | SamChoys Ohana Diner! Ohana means family – and we hope you bring yours in to enjoy Sam’s Aloha style for Lunch and Dinner!!

Are you just a bowling alley?We are so much more than just a bowling alley – we are a complete family fun center! We have Sam Choy’s Ohana Diner – check out the menu here. Three bars serving up delicious cocktails, wine and beer. An outdoor patio with 2 bocce courts, covered/heated patio, fire pits, corn hole and lawn games. An upstairs lounge – check out the events page on our website for details on special events up there – axe throwing, karaoke, dancing, and more! Can people of all ages go bowling?Bowling is the perfect activity for people of all ages! For our younger bowlers, Bowl Incline offers bumpers, ball ramps and lighter balls at no extra charge. Bumpers are available in each of our lanes and can be activated by the touch of a button in your lane!

Can I bring my own shoes and ball to bowl?We welcome bowling enthusiasts! Feel free to bring your own ball and shoes on your next visit! Need help with a custom ball? Our bowling pro can help you create the custom ball of your dreams!

How many people fit on each lane?A maximum of 6 people may be assigned to a single lane. So, for example, if you have between 7-12 people in your group, you will receive 2 lanes.

How much does it cost to bowl?Bowling rates vary depending on when you are coming in to bowl. Please check BOWL INCLINE (mybowlingpassport.com) for the most up-to-date pricing. Shoe rentals are $4.50/pair.

What is Hyperbowling?Hyperbowling is where bumper bowling meets pinball: hit colorful targets on the bumpers to score the most points. Fun for all ages and skill levels. Give it a try on your next trip to Bowl Incline!

Can I reserve a lane ahead of time online?Yes!! You can guarantee your lanes and streamline check in by pre-paying online for a reservation. Book your lane here!

What is a lane reservation?A lane reservation is pre-paid lane agreement set for a specific date/time for a pre-selected number of people. Lane reservations allow us to guarantee lane availability for your group when you arrive - which means no long waits for you and your guests. Online lane reservations are available for groups with 12 guests or less looking for up to 2 hours of bowling over the next 14 days.

What if I need to change or edit my reservation after I’ve already checked out?If you need to modify your reservation after booking, please call us at 775-831-1900, Tue-Fri from 10am-4pm PST and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot guarantee we can make requested changes but will do our best. Changes must be made prior to the start of your reservation.

What is your cancellation policy?Once confirmed, reservations are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your reservation for any reason, please call us at 775-831-1900, Tue-Fri from 10am-4pm PST and we will do our best to accommodate. Changes to reservation must be made BEFORE the start time of your reservation and must be changed over the phone.

What if my reservation ends but we’d like to stay longer?As long as availability permits, you can always buy additional lane time the day of your reservation. Just ask our activities desk – they’ll be more than happy to assist you!

Should I arrive early for my reservation?Due to the high volume of guests in Bowl Incline, especially on the weekends, we cannot guarantee any space will be available prior to the contracted time. You should try to arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to check-in and get your rental shoes. If you’d like to arrive earlier, you are always welcome to enjoy a drink at our bar, some food at the diner, play in the arcade, or other amenities that we offer!

What if we’re late for the reservation?All reservations will start at the scheduled time. We allow a 15-minute grace period for you to arrive. If you arrive after the 15-minute window your lane will be forfeited to guests on our waitlist. While we do our best to accommodate all scheduled reservations, we cannot guarantee that we can extend the duration of your reservation if you or your guests arrive late. Based on availability, you can purchase additional time if you wish to stay with us longer!

Can I bring in my own food or drinks?We'd love to accommodate, but, unfortunately, no outside food or beverage is allowed into Bowl Incline. Your safety is our number one priority, and in order to ensure a safe environment for all of our guests—especially as it pertains to the preparation, service, and delivery of food and beverage items—we assume the liability as the sole provider of all food and beverage. With so many of our guests experiencing food allergies, this policy has become a necessity, and we hope you understand.

Do you allow dogs?No pets allowed. Trained ADA Service animals are welcome per Nev. Admin. Code § 446.625. We DO NOT allow emotional support animals - they do not meet the definition of a service animal and do NOT have the same public access rights. SERVICE DOG FRAUD IS A CRIME - Penal Code § NRS 426.805.

What type of payment do you accept?We accept Apple Pay, all major credit/debit cards and cash, of course!

Can we drop off the kids while we run errands?Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian while at Bowl Incline. After 10pm, anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.

Do you have an arcade?Yes! We have an assortment of games geared towards kids and adults in our arcade. All games operate using a Bowl Incline Game Card, which can be purchased from the kiosk in the arcade or at the front desk! We also have twelve video gaming machines located at our bar for patrons 21 and over!

Bowl Incline House Rules (sorry, must be said!)· No shoes, no shirts, no service – Bowl Incline is not the lake, no bathing suits, please · No ski boots allowed inside Bowl Incline, this is not the mountain Rules of the Lanes These rules are established for the safety of our guests and to keep our equipment in working order. Thank you for abiding by these rules. · All bowlers MUST wear bowling shoes while bowling, but never outside · Only six bowlers per lane and only six balls per lane · Do not throw multiple balls down the lane – if a ball does not return, please notify the front desk staff · Food and drinks must be kept in settee area – no food or drink in the bowler’s approach · No outside food or drink allowed in Bowl Incline · Lighter weight balls (6&7 lbs), ramps, and bumpers are for our younger bowlers and for those with disabilities · Please notify staff immediately of any spills · When your time has ended – do not throw additional balls down the lane · Children under 12 must always be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian while at Bowl Incline, please keep your children with you at all times · All lanes and bar tabs must have a pre-authorized card on file · If a tab is not closed out – Bowl Incline will charge the pre-authorized card on file for the balance of the tab and a 25% service charge · Bowl Incline is a non-smoking/non-vaping facility · For the safety of everyone at Bowl Incline, please always conduct yourself appropriately · Bowl Incline is not responsible for lost or stolen items · We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time · Failure to abide by the above rules could result in termination of your lane
